About the Role
OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Market Risk Senior Manager to join our Financial Risk Management practice. This individual will play a critical role in helping financial services clients navigate complex market risk challenges, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving strategic risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead market risk advisory engagements, including risk modelling, hedging, interest rate risk management, and liquidity risk measurement.
- Provide expert insights on counterparty credit risk, capital markets processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee quantitative financial risk projects related to foreign exchange, interest rate, credit, and commodity risks.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IFRS standards, hedge accounting, derivative valuation, and risk modeling.
- Mentor and lead junior team members while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Engage with global networks to drive innovation and business growth.
- Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial risk management, consulting, or banking.
- Strong technical expertise in market risk analysis and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work in a project-based environment.
