Job Description

This role involves facilitating administrative tasks for the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Department within the School of Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administration duties in the WIL department.
  • Collate and file minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Organize regional events and assist with related resources.
  • Attend and facilitate training sessions on administration procedures.
  • Report on stakeholder and student queries.
  • Provide ongoing administration support to various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Degree or diploma in Administration or Education component.
