Transport Logistics Implementation Manager

About the Role:
">- This role is responsible for supporting customers with implementation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems and process analysis, with a focus on logistics and transportation. Experience working with EDI and API technologies is highly desirable.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic implementation projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements, and providing training and support on customer applications and tools.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in systems and process analysis
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of EDI and API technologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
