This role requires exceptional customer service skills, as you will need to understand clients' needs, deliver accurate information, and minimize errors. You will also be responsible for maximizing revenue by identifying cost-effective transport solutions for both the company and its clients.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, with 5-10 years of experience in logistics, specifically in air, road, and/or sea freight. Advanced skills in logistics execution, process optimization, and reporting are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, including SARS, IATA, ICAO, SACAA, and ACSA
* Lead logistics projects from ideation to completion, driving continuous improvement
* Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to optimize costs and service

Requirements
* Matric and Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
* 5-10 years logistics experience, specifically in air, road, and/or sea freight
