Makeup and Fragrance Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Makeup and Fragrance Consultant to join our team at Dis-Chem Pharmacies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for makeup and fragrances and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive information to customers about various makeup and fragrance products and services.
  • Demonstrate products through makeovers, cosmetics demonstrations, spray promotions, and/or activities.
  • Manage stock levels according to company procedures – report on short, damaged, and expired stock to the manager.
  • Maximize store income by achieving department, brand, and vendor sales.
  • Keep up-to-date regarding products, brands, and the retail industry.
  • Be responsible for all cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty house promotions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, SOPs, and health and safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
  • Retail experience as a sales consultant, preferably in the cosmetics or fragrance industry.
  • Ability to work retail hours and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
