About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Director role is a critical function within our organization, requiring an exceptional individual to provide administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the Director in their day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless communication between the Director and other stakeholders.
This role involves handling sensitive information with discretion, preparing travel itineraries, and arranging logistics for meetings and events.
If you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, are computer literate, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Job Requirements- A National Diploma or post-qualification in Office Management & Technology or Office Administration.
- Minimum of 5-10 years or equivalent work-related experience, with at least 2 years in support of executive management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in terms of working hours and travel locally when required.
- Computer literate with advanced level skills in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent report writing, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate high-level professional work ethic and integrity.
- Up-to-date with the latest office equipment and applications.
