About the Position

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the administrative, governance, and compliance aspects of Pension and Provident Funds.
  2. Prepare formal meeting documentation and maintain accurate records.
  3. Provide admin support for committees and manage reports.
  4. Liaise with trustees, legal, and third-party providers.
  5. Oversee fund projects and ensure timely regulatory submissions.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in senior administration, project management, or fund governance.
  3. Proficiency in drafting formal documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
