Our Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Durban, South Africa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in auditing, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an integrated quality system structure within BRMP management structure
- Conducting audits of systems, processes, and products on site
- Continually monitoring adherence to optimum process settings and controls
- Facilitating action teams and improvement programs to drive continual improvement
- Ensuring data collection and analysis of trends and force areas for improvement
- Controlling all quality-related documentation in the plant

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Recognised Qualification in Quality Management
- National Diploma / Technical Qualification (Mechanical, Industrial & Chemical Engineering)
- Formal training in Quality Management Principles (ISO 9001:2015, 14001; IATF 16949:2016)
- Formal Training in auditing techniques (ISO Internal Auditor, Process Auditor, System Auditor or Product Auditor)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality department using IATF 16949

Apart from meeting these requirements, the candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
