Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide phone and email-based problem-solving and fault-finding support for installers and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Case Management: Generate cases via CRM to track and resolve customer inquiries, utilizing your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, including inverters and battery solutions, to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, including service, sales, and repair center teams, to ensure seamless case management and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Create, update, and manage technical documentation for the commissioning of our products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our technical support process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of sales exhibitions and trade fairs, providing technical expertise and support to customers and colleagues.
  • International Collaboration: Collaborate with the Technical Support International Team to share best practices, address global technical challenges, and drive international business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Relevant qualification in electronic engineering and renewable energy equivalent; direct solar and power generation industry experience is an advantage.
  • Tech Expertise: Solid technical understanding of inverters and battery products, with a solutions-based mindset.
  • Customer Focus: Eagerness to support customers as required, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Experience in a role that required inter-department communication and coordination is an advantage; ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Languages: Professional English and native language skills are a must.
