The End-to-End Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruitment team at Transforming Africa's People, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing high-quality candidates, leveraging various channels and strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Candidate Screening: Evaluate and screen candidates to assess their qualifications, capabilities, and skills, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  3. Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling for interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Communication: Provide excellent communication to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and clear information.
Education and Experience

Required Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for success in this role.
