Treasury Operations Manager

Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Group Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for shaping treasury operations and leading cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Treasury Management: Develop and implement treasury management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and manage policies and procedures to manage foreign currency exposure and risk.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proactively manage risks and audit findings.
- System Analysis and Implementation: Analyze the functionality of current systems and processes and implement new treasury management systems.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and implement financial models for decision-making related to treasury.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Review and improve cash flow forecasting tools and automate processes to optimize funds.
- Debt and Credit Management: Manage debt and credit facilities, negotiate loan agreements, and build relationships with financial institutions.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare financial analysis and calculations for new opportunities and treasury cost savings.
- Liquidity Management: Ensure entities have working capital to meet cash flow needs and manage group inter-company payments.
- Qualifications: Qualified CA(SA) essential.
- Experience: 5-6 years' post articles experience in a group treasury role essential, with 5 years' managerial experience and multinational fintech or banking industry experience.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills, experience with cost control and financial analysis, understanding of BI Tools, strong analytical and organizational skills, and strong presentation and communication skills.
