Your Role

You will work under the general direction of the Facility Manager, focusing on providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians. Your main objective will be to optimize performance and enhance quality of function for our patients.



Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and develop positive relationships with patients and their families
  • Perform initial evaluations, establish treatment plans, and set functional goals
  • Collaborate with physician teams to ensure effective care delivery and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Manage patient flow, including determining discharge timelines and scheduling follow-ups
  • Oversee Rehabilitation Technicians and administrative staff to maintain efficient operations
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to billing policies
  • Maintain active licensure through ongoing education and training
  • Participate in sponsored programs, such as mentoring and clinical education initiatives
