This is an exciting opportunity for a Multinational Contact Centre Accountant to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Main task: Maintaining accurate financial records for multiple markets.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in recording and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Accurately allocate costs across multiple markets based on prescribed methodology.
  • Meet critical month-end submission deadlines.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and manage budgets for each market served by the call centre.

Prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders and management.

Evaluate timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies as required.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

Stay updated about relevant accounting regulations and standards in each market.

Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and address any related inquiries.

Teamwork and Process Improvement

Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information and support their initiatives.

Implement best practices in accounting procedures to enhance overall financial management.

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting with SAIPA with articles.

3 to 5 years' experience in the accounting and management accounting environment.

Experience in accounting, preferably in a call center business environment.

Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and management accounting in multiple jurisdictions.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
