Job Description

As a key member of the Dante Personnel team, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and stockroom operations in our Cape Town office.

About the Role:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and transfers.
  • Collate and organize all incoming and outgoing documentation related to stock.
  • Coordinate with site technicians and other departments to ensure timely delivery of stock and supplies.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company stock control best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all new stock is properly booked and updated in the inventory system.
  • To manage requisitions and logistical services, including courier and transport arrangements.
  • To participate in regular cycle counts and stock takes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • To provide detailed reports and information on stock levels and movements as required by the Technical Manager.
Requirements:
  • Syspro experience or similar inventory management systems.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum
