Welding Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Inspector at Premium Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our welding processes.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in welding inspection, with a focus on ISO procedures and implementation. They will have advanced knowledge of various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, laser, butt, and arc welding. This individual must be able to read and interpret blueprints, demonstrate observant and analytical skills, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Conduct inspections before and after welding activities to ensure compliance with ISO procedures and regulations.
• Evaluate the quality and strength of completed welds, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting alternative techniques as needed.
• Assist in training welders on correct procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of welding processes into overall production.

• At least 3 years of experience as a welding inspector, with a strong understanding of ISO procedures and implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of TIG, MIG, laser, butt, and arc welding techniques, including their applications and limitations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as necessary.
