- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach and lead the Quality team to achieve quality objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management, including leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Able to interface with various stakeholders, including external certification bodies.
