This Treasury and Operations Manager position at Network Finance requires a skilled financial leader to spearhead treasury excellence and operational efficiency.
Main Duties- Lead the treasury team to achieve optimal cash flow, liquidity, and risk management.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, protocols, and safeguards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain banking relationships to secure favorable financing arrangements and optimize cash management.
- Oversee daily cash management operations, including cash projection, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and boost efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on treasury and operational matters.
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) certification and experience in finance and treasury.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership abilities to drive team success.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and risk management.
- Knowledge of treasury systems and banking platforms is an asset.
