About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Red Meat Deboning Expert to join our team at Gap Consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food science and a proven track record of managing teams and implementing effective manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of over 50 employees to achieve efficient deboning processes
- Develop and implement HACCP Standards and Manufacturing Processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years experience in Production Management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Abaserve, or Meat Matrix
- Negotiable salary package based on experience
