We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Persona Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's parts inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery of parts to clients. About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to maintain an accurate record of all parts in the inventory. The role involves conducting a monthly reconciliation and completing a full inventory count with less than a 2% variance. Additionally, the candidate will process part orders internally and externally within 24 hours and ensure that parts are delivered to clients on time.

The ideal candidate will also assist clients with any queries they may have and ensure that customer queries are resolved in a timely manner. Furthermore, the candidate will manage relationships with suppliers regarding the procurement of parts and negotiate and maintain pricing from suppliers. Accurate data entry for order processing and invoicing is also essential for this role.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that there are always available critical parts for scheduled services or repairs. They will also process part returns and warranty claims and manage the costs associated with parts purchasing and inventory. Effective communication between the service teams, suppliers, and customers is crucial for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Windows Business Central experience would be beneficial, and the candidate should be computer literate. Strong ability to work within a team and own transport is required. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is a plus, and a Matric certificate is necessary. Detail-oriented and time management skills are essential for this role.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on experience.
