As a Contract Management Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring that all contracts are reviewed, drafted, and executed accurately and efficiently.

  • Review and draft contracts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and follow-up on pending items.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • German Language Skills (B2 or higher)
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks.
