Responsibilities:

  • High-volume prospecting through outbound calling and emailing to C-Suite Executives to generate qualified leads and set meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings and information sharing on behalf of our clients.
  • Qualifying prospective customers through a set of criteria and knowledge of the LSG clients' products and services.
  • Entering and maintaining accurate lead documentation and data aligned with policy processes and procedures.
  • Setting meeting reminders once the meeting has been set.
  • Following a specific formatting standard when interacting with and reporting on prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric). Tertiary education in Sales (would be an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Internal Sales or relevant field with direct exposure to C-Suite Executives (Must).
  • Ability to communicate with C-Suite Executives
  • Ability to confidently handle and overcome objections.
  • An excellent communicator – professional, polite, and able to articulate a value proposition.
  • Proven success to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Be adaptable and a quick learner, determined, and self-motivated.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Curious, inquisitive, and able to think outside the box.
  • Team player with the energy, ambition, and passion to be part of a growing and successful team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
