Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing a rigorous and relevant academic programme to students in the Senior Phase.

Your primary focus will be on creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that stimulates and inspires students to achieve excellence. You will guide students in making informed decisions about subject choices and help them realize their full potential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. To deliver future-focused education that motivates, inspires, and challenges students;
  2. To demonstrate strength of character, integrity, and professionalism at all times;
  3. To develop and maintain constructive partnerships with colleagues, parents, and members of the community;

You will be accountable for the following areas of performance:

  1. Academic delivery and assessment;
  2. Student behaviour management;
  3. School brand ambassadorship;
  4. Administration and health & safety.
