Job Description:

JeloCorp is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to lead the water meter production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining production operating environments, writing new product information, and ensuring standard working methods are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Leadership: Lead the water meter production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
• New Product Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new water meter products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Operator Performance: Monitor and improve operator performance, ensuring they understand standard working methods and can troubleshoot common issues.
• Equipment Management: Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring all tools and machinery are in good working condition.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the production process, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with experience in Water Meter products, especially ultrasonic large and small calibre production and manufacturing.
• Solid basic knowledge of electromechanical, automation control concepts, and electrical knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
