Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at SA Sales Fraternity. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative SaaS solutions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS or tech industry. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and targeted prospecting.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions from our SaaS portfolio.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver engaging, customized presentations and product demos that showcase the value of our offerings and drive sales.
- Account Management: Develop ongoing account management strategies to uncover additional opportunities within existing client bases and ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is desirable.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Familiarity with workforce management, process optimization, or related SaaS solutions is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills are essential.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
