About the Role

As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance planning and a proven track record of improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance master plans for all equipment and facilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization

• Collaborate with engineering and production stakeholders to ensure maintenance plans are realistic and adequately resourced

• Manage work orders, track progress, and update statuses on the maintenance management system (On-Key)

• Coordinate with the engineering storeman to identify and procure necessary tools, parts, and materials for maintenance activities

• Analyze machinery and component life cycles to identify failure trends and make recommendations for improvement

• Implement best practices and innovations to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Maintenance/Maintenance Planner role

• Trade Test qualification advantageous

• Working knowledge of Shopware, SAP, and Pragma One-Key knowledge would be beneficial
