This Role
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior VIP account manager, where you'll be responsible for shaping the high-value client experience and driving business growth.
- You'll be working closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate needs before they arise: Designing journeys that keep high-value clients engaged and excited.
- Drive data-backed strategies that enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
- Influence business decisions by bringing deep customer insights to the table.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, not just transactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a VIP account manager in iGaming: You understand the industry, the clients, and what drives engagement.
- Knowledge of key betting KPIs and player behaviors: Familiarity with metrics such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, CLTV, Churn Rate, and activity segmentation to assess high-value client performance and opportunities.
- Ability to work with player data, CRM reports, and behavioral insights to identify trends and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience organizing high-end client events (online and offline): From private tournaments to tailored hospitality experiences.
- Solution-oriented & commercially driven: Ability to identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payments, Fraud, Marketing).
