They will also have a strong understanding of maintenance operations and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

  1. Manage the Field Service Teams and Controllers, ensuring best practice with quality and professionalism are always met.
  2. Carry out routine maintenance checks as directed, ensuring that all necessary service parts are available prior to attending customers site.
  3. Provide technical assistance / coaching and on-the-job training to all Field Service Team members.
  4. Sound financial management of team in line with department strategic objectives.
  5. Ensure OHSACT requirements are met on own and customer premises.
  6. Drive customer service excellence, building and developing strong, loyal relationships with internal and external customers.
  7. Ensure team contributions are focused to grow department in line with company requirements.
  8. Provide scheduled reports as might be requested by department manager.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently.
