Job Title: Plastic Injection Moulding Setter

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Moulding Setter to join our client's team. As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating injection moulding machines, as well as performing quality control checks to ensure the final products meet the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to production specifications
  • Perform quality control checks on final products to ensure compliance with standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production
  • Monitor and maintain machine performance, making necessary adjustments
  • Document production data and quality control results
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to optimize production efficiency and quality
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience setting Gotty / Demag and Haitian injection Moulding machines
  • Basic electrical and hydraulic fault finding and repairs on above mentioned machines and tooling
  • Candidate will be responsible for 1st off and QC on all running parts
  • Candidate will take on a foreman role and will communicate directly to management
  • Candidate MUST have experience working with materials such as PP, POM, PA66, HDPE, PBT
  • Basic tool repair
  • Shift will be 06:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday with market-related package depending on experience
  • Willing to travel to Lanseria
