- Reports include MTD Reports, Weekly Sales Meeting Reports, Customer Reviews, MBR Reports, Sales Tonnage Reports, Rep/Agent Performance Reviews, Incentive Tracking, and Mass Balance Reports.
- Internal Support
- Providing administrative support to the debtors team with claims and queries.
- Supporting the supply chain team with order-related issues.
- Promoting necessary documentation for annual financial audits.
- Distributing updated price lists to representatives and customers.
- Generating and sending proformas and quotes to customers and sales teams.
- Managing product listings with customers.
- Completing additional administrative duties as required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales administration.
- Strong expertise in order processing and sales reporting.
- Superior communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in accounting/order processing software.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
