About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product costing and tooling inventory reporting, preparing cost estimates/quotes for new products, customers, and product changes, and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required. They will also assist with stock counts to ensure accuracy, load and maintain cost estimates and quotes in the system, and support the preparation of reconciliations and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product costing and tooling inventory reporting, comparing actual costs to estimates and analyzing variances.
  • Prepare cost estimates/quotes for new products, customers, and product changes.
  • Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required.
  • Assist with stock counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Loading and maintaining cost estimates and quotes in the system.
  • Support the preparation of reconciliations and schedules.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need a completed National Senior Certificate (matric/Grade 12) and a relevant tertiary qualification in finance and/or costing. You should have at least 34 years of experience in costing, specifically within a retail environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. Fluency in Afrikaans and English is also essential.

What We Offer
This is a permanent, full-time position based on site, offering a salary of R35 000 - R40 000 per month (dependent on experience), before deductions. As a member of our team, you can expect to work in a beautiful, one-of-a-kind location, surrounded by premium and uniquely curated products.
