The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and hold a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies. Additionally, they will need to meet the FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements, including a FSCA-approved qualification and regulatory exams.

This role involves establishing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, participating in reciprocal leads activities, and ensuring compliance with FAIS regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing their own commission earnings, practicing good management, and engaging in personal development.
