Job Description:
In this dynamic role as Aquatic Recreation Assistant with IntelliStaff, you will play a vital part in creating unforgettable experiences for hotel guests. Your primary responsibilities will focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean pool environment.

Key Tasks:
  • Ensuring guests have an enjoyable time by providing assistance and information related to pool facilities and services.
  • Maintaining pool area safety by enforcing rules and responding to emergency situations.
  • Sustaining a high level of cleanliness and organization around the pool, including regular tasks such as cleaning sunbeds and pool furniture.
  • Monitoring and checking pool chemicals and temperature to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
  • Providing first-rate customer service by being approachable, responsive, and courteous.
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the management team for prompt attention.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to organize and execute poolside events or activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial, but comprehensive training is provided.
  • A strong background in customer service and a positive outlook are essential.
  • Adaptability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • Lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain it prior to commencement is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital.
  • Familiarity with basic pool maintenance and safety procedures is desirable.
Annual Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
