Job Title: Special Projects Assistant
At Accounting Services, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Projects Assistant to provide support to complete projects by performing project and office administration tasks, such as data collection, report creation, research, business plan conceptualization, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform project and office administration tasks to support project completion
- Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant finance diploma or degree
- One to two years of experience in a similar role
- High competence in using Microsoft Office tools, Pastel
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Creative flair and writing skills
