Job Summary
The NMG SA Group of Companies, trading as NMG Benefits, require an experienced individual to fill the role of Retirement Fund Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering an active fund, assisting the manager with report checks, and performing additional tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process claims, including withdrawals, retirements, and deaths
- Update and reconcile funds on a monthly basis
- Process monthly payments for fees, risk benefits, and other expenses
- Update accounting transactions regularly
- Monitor risk benefit providers to ensure compliance with underwriting requirements
- Prepare for annual audits and maintain compliance with fund rules and legislation
- Prepare data for monthly unit price calculations
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the financial industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
