This position is responsible for administering all aspects related to the preparation of Automotive Production Development Programme claims, Duty Drawbacks Certificates, EU and SADC Declarations, and any new product offerings.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Areas:- Claims Administration:
- Administer all aspects relative to the preparation of claims and declarations.
- Manage the gathering of information from clients and submission of complete claim documents.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and declarations.
- Financial Management:
- Attain budget/forecasts for submissions.
- Investigate opportunities to maximize claimable benefits.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt emailing of invoices to clients.
- Post-Matric qualification.
- Experience in clearing or freight forwarding environments with knowledge of customs documentation and requirements.
- Excellent understanding of Customs Act/ITAC guidelines.
- Strong mathematical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Aptitude for figures.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and interactive skills.
- R16 000 to R23 000 per month (CTC) commensurate with qualification and experience.
