Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Time Personnel. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our organization by providing strategic legal guidance to management and various departments, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements, and representing the company in legal disputes, court cases, negotiations, and mediations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and will be able to perform thorough legal research to support decision-making processes, implement and oversee legal policies and compliance procedures, and conduct risk assessments. They will also be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and providing guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff, responding to legal inquiries from various departments in a timely manner, collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal aspects of business initiatives, and managing and organizing legal records and documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Offer strategic legal guidance to management and various departments.
  • Perform thorough legal research to support decision-making processes.
  • Represent the company in legal disputes, court cases, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Implement and oversee legal policies and compliance procedures.
  • Monitor and interpret new laws and regulations, advising on their potential impact.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
  • Respond to legal inquiries from various departments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal aspects of business initiatives.
  • Manage and organize legal records and documentation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree with three to five years legal experience.
  • Experience within a law firm incorporating legal research and investigative skills.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in conducting thorough legal research on complex issues.
  • Demonstrated experience representing organizations in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing legal records and documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
