Job Title: Forex Creditors Specialist

Job Description:

As a Forex Creditors Specialist at Express Employment Professionals, you will be responsible for managing foreign currency transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to creditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage foreign currency transactions, including booking rates and matching Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs)
  • Update creditor master data and maintain accurate records
  • Forward SWIFTs to suppliers and process payments
  • Perform monthly VAT201 reconciliations and other reconciliations
  • Provide year-end reconciliations to auditors

Requirements:

  • Completed grade 12 (senior certificate) or equivalent
  • Experience with Syspro and Forex creditors and bookkeeping
  • Strong understanding of Forex markets, currency exchange rates, and related regulations
  • International Forex creditors exposure and experience
  • MS Excel proficiency
