Job Description
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Promote consulting services to potential clients and negotiate deals
  • Manage and coordinate the client onboarding process
  • Track and submit monthly sales performance reports
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional service and follow-up to maintain client relationships
