Position Overview

As the Senior Software Project Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our solutions to clients. You will serve as both project manager and scrum master, working closely with our development team, client-facing teams, and product management to ensure we meet project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions that address client needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Work with client-facing teams to gather, analyze and track requirements for our solutions.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for implementation.
  3. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other agile ceremonies as a scrum master.
  4. Manage the software development team, removing obstacles, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  5. Coordinate and oversee customer deployments, including planning, configuration, testing and go-live activities.
  6. Monitor project progress using agile methodologies and KPIs, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Key Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience managing complex software development projects.
  3. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
  4. Experience with Jira and its latest features.
  5. Experience with digital transformation projects and driving organisational change.
  6. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading software development teams.
  7. Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and budget management.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
