**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure that our financial operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ISO 9001:2015. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting.
  • **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders. Ensure that all financial reports are completed in accordance with legislative and accounting requirements.
  • **Supply Chain Management**: Establish and monitor effective supply chain management processes to ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services.
  • **Budgeting and Financial Planning**: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that our financial resources are allocated effectively. Submit budgets as required and ensure that financial planning is aligned with our organizational goals.
  • **Financial Aid Management**: Manage our financial aid programs in compliance with NSFAS guidelines. Ensure that all financial aid is allocated in accordance with our organizational policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • A recognized undergraduate qualification in Bachelor of Commerce Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of work experience in an overall financial management and reporting role.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience at middle/senior management level.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
