Main Responsibilities:- Ensure comprehensive patient care while minimizing risks and adhering to set clinical quality standards.
- Manage the patient experience by optimizing supply, retention, and utilization of staffing resources.
- Empower and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development.
- Assist with the effective management of operational expenses, including stock and capital.
- Essential Education: A degree or diploma in general nursing is required.
- Desired Education: A midwifery qualification or post-graduate certificate/diploma in a specialty area is preferred.
