**The Legends Agency is seeking a skilled Barista Engineer to join our team.**

As a Barista Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our coffee equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular tool checks and maintain a clean and organized workspace;
  • Conduct intermediate to advanced fault finding and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software-related issues;
  • Test and calibrate equipment to ensure it meets quality standards;
  • Install and test new beverage equipment before leaving customer sites;
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders regarding equipment faults and corrective actions taken;
  • Escalate any problems or concerns to Technical Support Manager in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to resolve complex technical issues;
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience as a barista engineer or related role;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations;
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with industry-standard software;
  • Ongoing training and certification in relevant areas (e.g., espresso machine maintenance, brewing techniques).
