Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to improve personalized treatment for patients with communicable and non-communicable diseases in Africa.">
  • Investigate the response of critical diseases in Africa to climate and environmental changes and their impact on public health and development outcomes.">
  • Determine the interconnections between personal characteristics, environmental changes, and diseases using causal modeling and structural equation modeling.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A doctoral degree in Biostatistics or a related field obtained within the last 5 years.">
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative data collection and analytical skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.">
  • Good communication and writing skills, with experience in publishing research papers.">
  • Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence algorithms is an advantage.">
