Job Title: Procurement Operations Associate

Job Summary:

The Prestige Cosmetics Group is looking for a skilled Procurement Operations Associate to support the Demand Planning team in managing procurement activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Order processing: manage order placements with foreign suppliers, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  2. Invoice reconciliation and purchase order maintenance.
  3. Reporting: prepare and distribute internal reports to stakeholders.
  4. Retail administration: oversee operations for Chanel and NARS Boutiques.
  5. Sales analysis: utilize relevant systems to analyze sales performance.
  6. Special projects: assist Demand Planners with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  7. Stakeholder engagement: develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  8. Cross-functional collaboration: work with other departments to optimize daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Math, or Business-related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain (or related degree without experience).
  • Supply chain software knowledge is an asset.
  • Store Keeping/Procurement experience.
