Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate and manage the movement of goods across borders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and customs procedures.
  2. Trade Documentation: Prepare and review trade documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and finance teams, as well as external partners and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of international trade operations.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with a degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field being an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.
  • Skill Set: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data processing systems.
