Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will oversee our Knowledge Base and ensure the creation and updating of technical documentation. You will also perform DevOps tasks such as managing GitHub repositories, ensuring branching strategies, and leading incident management when outages occur.

You will assist in maintaining and enhancing our AWS estate, including EC2 instances, Linux OS, databases, Kubernetes clusters, cloud networking, IAM, and automated backup schemes. Additionally, you will engage in general team HR management, including recruitment, frequent 1-to-1s, and performance management.

Requirements:
  • A strong engineering degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams to develop high-quality software (preferably with Java and Spring Boot).
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes, GitHub, and continuous integration.
