As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wet trades site work, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate all wet trades site work, including finishing and general foreman roles.
  • Effectively supervise and manage staff assigned to your team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site measurements, clock cards, and checklists.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Wet Trades Site Foreman or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
