Role Summary

This Medical Device Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Urology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement short- to medium-term marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage Marketing Programs: Oversee day-to-day marketing programs and activities to meet profit, revenue, and market share targets.
  3. Lead Financial Goals: Responsible for financial goals of assigned business units to achieve Urology business targets and growth plans.
  4. Manage Budget: Oversee marketing budget allocation and management.
  5. Analyze Market Trends: Showcase ability to understand market trends, complex financial data, and customer needs to help define planning and product positioning strategies.
  6. Produce Tactical Plans: Produce tactical plans for key strategic markets/projects and lead team engagement in execution.
  7. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Follow up implementation of marketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Build Customer Relationships: Make regular field visits to key accounts and KOLs to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  9. Provide Product Training: Conduct product presentations and training for customers and teams.
  10. Maintain Communication Tools: Manage tools and collateral used by clinical and sales teams for communication and promotion.
  11. Manage Pricing Governance: Engage in tender management and pricing governance.
  12. Organize Events: Oversee events associated with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups.
  13. Segment Markets: Effectively segment key markets and design positioning and targeting strategies.
