  • Supervise lodge events, from intimate gatherings to larger-scale functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of general farm work and maintenance operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 4-5 years previous working experience in farm management, project management, and building management within a game lodge or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in wildlife conservation, sustainable hunting practices, and general farm operations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
