We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join our team at Pronto Labour Team (Pty) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in solid modeling, drafting, and design using SolidWorks and EdgCAM. Essential qualifications include a Mechanical Draughting Certificate/Diploma, at least 5 years of experience in general draughting, and strong knowledge of 3D scanning and sheet metal processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reverse engineer a variety of components
  • Measure and interpret components
  • Generate DXF files and prepare complex schematic drawings
  • Update drawings and part lists
  • Control the drawing register

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Draughting Certificate/Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in general draughting
  • 3D scanning experience an advantage
  • SHEETMETAL experience an advantage
  • Must have SOLIDWORKS/EDGECAM experience
